MISSION STATEMENT:

     The mission of the Morgan Marlins Swim Team is to promote the sport of swimming by educating and motivating all team members. The professional coaching staff is dedicated to developing and motivating swimmers at all levels by teaching stroke skills and techniques, promoting physical and mental fitness, providing a safe and fun environment for the development of character, pride, self-confidence, a sense of accomplishment, self-discipline and encouraging good sportsmanship. Family and community members will have the opportunity to support and encourage coaches and team members by volunteering their time and energy at practices, meets, and social and organizational events.
